Mr Smith said "Finding the carpark was difficult because they were digging up the road. It would have been easier if you had put some kind of mark up to indicate where you could be found. But when we were really lost I rang up your office and a very helpful girl told us where to go and stayed on the phone until we arrived. Normaly we dont have any problems."
