Finding the carpark was difficult because they were digging up the road. It would have been easier if you had put some kind of mark up to indicate where you could be found. But when we were really lost I rang up your office and a very helpful girl told us where to go and stayed on the phone until we arrived. Normaly we dont have any problems.

If I ever need to leave the car at Dover again, I will use this service. It was a very smooth and convenient transfer from the car to the boat and back again. It was a bit tricky to find, The Coombe Valley Road Road sign is difficult to see - but that's not your fault.

A quick and easy process in both directions. shuttle buses waiting cumming and going, On our return to the port the bus was parked no more than 50 yards outside the customs hall. Excellent. If we leave the car at Dover again they will be the first place to park.

Our only comment would be that on arrival back at your site following our trip your driver put one of our bags very heavily on to the concrete floor and by doing so broke a bottle of gin that was in that bag. This was reported to the driver and to your office and no one seemed particulrly bothered. It would have been nice to receive an apology, especially from the driver concerned but he did not seem to care one little bit.

Our choice was Relyon Dover Cruise parking and the service was brilliant, 3 mini buses where waiting for guest to leave the ship at 7.30 am, excellent service, the best so far.

Very friendly family company. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and prompt. We left the car park as soon as we had grokked in ,and the driver was waaiting for us on return. Very good service.

AS WE HAD TO MEET A COACH AND IT WAS HALF TERM THE DRIVER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO DROP US OFF AT THE BP GARAGE FOR AN EASIER PICK UP,GREAT SERVICE.

Could ot comment on staff as being automatic we did not see any one. Very pleased with the security and the fact that our car was under cover and we were in the terminal building in minutes and did not have to brave the elements It ws pouring at the time!! Would definately use it again
