Arrival Procedure

Customers are asked to drive direct to the compound and report to the office with your booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transfered to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle Bus.

Return Procedure

You will need to call the number provided on your confirmation for the Courtesy Shuttle bus to take you to the car park, which will arrive outside the Travel Centre, which is on the right side of the terminal (ground floor).

Parking Procedure

Cars are block parked by the car park staff in a secure compound. You will have to leave your keys at the car park reception.

Additional Information

Please note: there is now a new parking procedure. Customers are asked to drive direct to the compound. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Relyon drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars. There are two terminals at Dover Port. Terminal 1 is on the ground floor and Terminal 2 is on the first floor.

Disabled Access

Wheelchairs can be transferred on the coaches, and staff will help disabled travellers where possible.
