Good service on the whole although did have to wait longer than we were told for the car to be brought back to the terminal on our return. This was quite annoying after a transatlantic journey when exhausted. Also the passbook did not work as it doesn't appear to be compatable with ios7.

Everything went well from booking, but the directions provided were not 100% accurate which meant we got lost getting to the car park. Please check and if necessary update the directions you issue to ensure this is up to date at point of issue. We could have done without that added stress... Apart from that everything ran really smoothly.

When we landed and rang you it was very noisy and we were jet lagged. It would have been good for you to follow up the phone call with text details of where to meet. E.g. Short stay car park 3, level 3, row A.

An extra sign to level 4 is essential as we(and others) turned off the ramp too soon and ended up in the mulii storey short stay section.

The only hitch was that you had not picked up the change of vehicle from the alteration I had made to my booking on the website. This caused a little confusion initially when meeting your representative at the airport. However, the situation was quickly resolved and didn't cause me any problem.

The wording of the directions to the meet & greet car park at Heathrow were confusing. The wording on the directions stated to look for "business parking" but this was not on any signs we could see, so we followed the actual directions and ignored "busines parking" and it took us to the correct area. I would suggest you leave off "business parking" and then it will be very simple.

There was a bit confusion on the booking because 1, Essential Travel has a different reference number to purple parking's. Plus secondly, there was not enough information from Essential Travel to Purple parking about the description of the cars

The staff were helpful but the WC's at West Drayton were in a very unpleasant state. It is quite a long wait in a drafty place for the shuttle after picking up luggage
