Signage for site was very poor. Maybe send map with booking confirmation would help.

Upon returning, calling after clearing customs is too late as it did not give the driver enough time to get our car to us - we had to wait about 15mins in the freezing cold.

First time we have used this service but now we will not park any other way, it was so easy and efficient and hassle free which with an 87 year old Grandmother and 16 year old teenager was essential! Brilliant thank you so much.
APH Gatwick - North & South
Ended up with APH as the advertised Gatwick Terminal Parking Website was showing as available and just £5 more expensive, but despite numerous attempts to place my booking, the website wouldn't complete the transaction. So APH it was to be and cheaper and with a good shuttle service and car park facility I wondered why I bothered trying.

APH Gatwick have made some substantial improvements to their service both in their vehicles and staff interaction. More frequent transfers and extremely helpful staff. We have used them over a number of years and commend them on their new approach to customer satisfaction.

I have used meet & greet parking 11 times so far this year but not always yourself, this is only because of price !! it would be nice if when booking & your price is higher that you would be prepared to match or nearly match the lower price thus making it more viable to stay with company of your choice.
