Doodle on Trinity College Dublin

Dublin Doodle A Dublin Doodle

When the colour green masks everything from clothes to buildings, hordes of people take to the streets with a glass of Guinness in their tight grip, and it’s okay to blast Irish music from your subwoofers, you know it’s St. Patrick's Day. And this year, you get to participate in the Dublin Doodle.

Prepare to doodle on one of the most iconic buildings in the world. Trinity College Dublin - Ireland’s premier university and one of the best research institutions in the world - will be the canvas for artists of all kinds to show off their skills. Even if you’re like me and still draw stick-men, you can submit your work and stand a chance of having it displayed.

Dublin Doodle Get Doodling

In honour of St.Patricks Day, Tourism Ireland have launched a Facebook app that allows you to decorate the college. The winning doodle designers will see their work come to life when it is projected onto the building from March 14 until March 17 - St.Patrick’s Day. To get involved with this project and submit your design, simply visit Dublin Doodle and start doodling because the competition closes soon - March 11 is the cut-off date for entries. Before you get doodling, have a look at Essential Travel's doodle. You might just get inspired!
