Transfers
This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.
Directions
Drive directly to the terminal and the chauffeur will meet you outside of the departure doors.
Arrival Procedure
Pull over outside departure and the driver will meet you. They will have a BSFC sign on display. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended at any time. The chauffeur will wait a maximum of 20 minutes after your wait time. if you need to re-arrange your meet time please call 01279 306286 at least 30 minutes before arrival.
Return Procedure
When you have collected your luggage please call 01279 306286. Make your way down one level to help point 6, which is located in zone D of the short stay car park, where your vehicle will be returned to you.

Please check your Meet Time is correct. This is the time you will be met on arrival at the airport.
Disabled Access
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
