East Midlands Airport Information

This airport is located in Castle Donington and is one of the busiest airports for freight traffic. It is home to a number of low-cost airlines.

Main Terminal

East Midlands Airport has only one terminal: The Arrivals Area has car hire companies and a taxi desk. The Departures Area has shops and a food hall on the first floor. The Information Desk is open 24/7.

East Midlands Shops

There are a number of shops at Arrivals, before and after security control. Shop for fashion accessories, cosmetics, books, tech gadgets and children’s toys among other available items. Bureau de Change Travelex is conveniently located before and after security.

Restaurants at East Midlands

East Midlands has a variety of healthy options, snacks on the go, coffee houses or bars and pubs. Caffe Ritazza is open 24 hours and provides the most authentic coffees and italian eats. Alpha Food Hall has sandwiches, hot meals and beverages, including a range of sweet treats.

Sit back, relax and enjoy a drink at 3 Cities Bar. A menu with sandwiches and paninis is also available at this stylish bar. It is located after security and is open 24 hours.

Useful Airport Services

WiFi Zone

You are provided with free wireless internet access within the main terminal building for up to 30 minutes. WiFi can be accessed from all media devices. A premium is charged for sessions lasting longer than 30 minutes.

Executive Lounges

Relax before you head off on your journey at the executive lounges at East Midlands Airport. There are TVs, newspapers, snacks and complimentary drinks. Pre-bookings are welcome and work out more cheaply.
