We were able to park very close to the office and it was an awful night so were very grateful for that! On our return the gentleman in the office was very helpful and gave us directions to the new parking space.

I was able to walk from mu long-term car park to the terminal. Your price was considerably cheaper than that shown at the entry.

I was able to park very close to the check in when I arrived at Silver Zone, however when we collected our car a week later at 11pm the car had been moved a long way out. If cars are being moved around all the time (WHY?) why can they not be moved closer to the office for late night collections. If I had been travelling on my own a long walk through a dark car park late at night would have been frightening.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS CARPARK IS THAT ON YOUR RETURN YOUR CAR IS COVERED IN A GREY DUST FROM THE LOOSE STONE ROADS THAT THE CAR IS PARKED ON. IT GETS EVERYWHERE INCLUDING DOOR SEALS HINGES ETC.THE CAR PARK IS HOWEVER, VERY POPULAR AND HOPEFULLY ONE DAY IT WILL BE FULL TARMAC TO PARK ON.

Only 1 colleague returning your keys on return, a very long que of people Approx 20-25 so it took along time, what was more frustrating is that we saw at least anther 3 people walk behind the counter and not one stopped and helped. This let down what was otherwise a good experience as after travelling over 8 hours you just want to get in your car and get home, not que for 20 mins

The Car parking was excellent, there was only one problem and its the second time it has happened, I park my car hoping to catch the bus, but it does not appear, I wait approx. 5 min. and then walk and at 74 years of age with a largish case it is very exhausting. Coming back from my holidays it is very different, there is a bus waiting and I am back at my car within a few minutes. It does not make sense. (By the way I was not the only one walking from the car park, there were several people.

Car park very easy to find and staff where very helpful and kind. Although we hadn't noticed in the small print about leaving our keys but once we saw the car park didn't have any concerns about leaving our car and key with your staff.Staff where very efficient with returning our keys and our car had only been one block nearer to the reception office. I unfortunately left my Blue Badge (disabled) on the roof of my car whilst unloading luggage. I tried to phone from the airport but only got a message service, so I rang again from Guernsey - so I left a message. I think it would be far better if we could get through direct to the car-parking office. However upon my return I told the young lady I was dealing with about the blue badge - she then rang someone who confirmed I had left a message - but no luck!! At this time a very bright (tall, blonde) young man emerged from an inner office, having heard our conversation. He remembered the badge had been found & was placed in my car. Brilliant!!! I regret now I did not get his name - see 7 below.
