a very swift service by pleasant competant staff despite it being very early in the morning,and on returning from holiday the transfer bus was waiting for us so no hanging around or having to telephone for the bus to collect us.Excellent service.

Despite having made my booking & paying, online thro' Essential Travel' months in advance, upon arriving @ Newcastle Park & Fly, in the early hours of 1909, they had no record of me, my car, or my payment!? Fortunately, with it being 'low-season', the car park were able to accommodate my vehicle, but were obliged to raise all the paperwork again. Somewhat worryingly I would think, from your company's point, the attendant remarked, "Oh Essential Travel, this is always happening with them, they never forward their bookings" Needless to say, I refused to pay again, the attendant stating,"Give us your original booking, we'll chase Essential, for the payment". If this is routine, why should I risk using Essential Travel in future?

Disappointed to hear from a fellow tourist that he had received a discount for car parking through a local paper offer. Would appreciate it if this kind of offer was passed onto customers who book through Essential travel.

Ticket not accepted at exit barrier. Help given by attendant but not a good experience and initially told the ticket was not valid in that car park.

We have used this car park on many occasions and will continue to do so in the future. It is a very efficient and courteous service. Extremely easy to find and very close to the airport with a regular shuttle service they take note of your flight number and are there to collect within minutes of arriving at the bus stop.
