Heathrow Airport's Long Stay Plus Parking Service
Security at Heathrow Long Stay Plus Parking:
Very efficient security measures are used at this Park Mark accredited car park, including 24-hour patrols, security barriers, CCTV monitoring, and a high secure perimeter fence.
Transfers:
There is a transfer bus that runs between the Long Stay Plus parking lot and the terminal every 10 minutes between 05:30 and 23:00. The transfer takes about 10 minutes.
Arrival Procedures:
Upon arrival, follow the orange road markings to the Long Stay Plus reception facility. Take your booking confirmation to the reception after parking your car in the drop off lane.
Parking Procedures:
Long Stay Plus parking attendants will park the owner's car after drop off.
Return Procedures:
Alight the transfer bus at stop A and walk to the reception building with your booking confirmation. A parking attendant will take your car to the pick-up bay nearby.
Directions:
From the M4, follow airport signs at Junction 4 to Terminal 5 - Long Stay Parking. Make a right turn onto Northern Perimeter Road. The Long Stay Car Park Terminal 5 is on the left.
If you are coming from the M25, exit at Junction 14a, and follow signs to Terminal 5. Turn left into Western Perimeter Road, and keep following the signs to Long Stay Parking. The parking lot is on the right side of Northern Perimeter Road.
Important Information:
Please note that passengers arriving outside transfer bus operating times need to press the transfer bus intercom to request a transfer.
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.

The transfer bus takes 10 minutes.
