How to claim on your travel insurance policy

In the unfortunate circumstance you need to make a claim, by following these simple instructions we'll make sure that your claim is dealt with quickly and fairly.

Your travel insurance policy is underwritten by TIF who will be your point of contact for all claims.

Please have the following items ready:

  • Policy reference number
  • Name of your policy and where it was purchased
  • Resort and country visited
  • Value of claim
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Date your policy was purchased
  • Incident date

Failure to have the above information at hand may result in your claim being delayed.

Communications relating to claims should be sent without delay and notifications must be made within 31 days or as possible thereafter following any claim incident.
