My policy has incorrect personal details, can these be changed?

Yes, simply contact us by forwarding us a copy of your booking confirmation and we'll be happy to amend your personal details.

Can I amend the dates of my booking?

Yes, provided the start date you originally booked for has not yet passed we can change the dates of your policy.

Contact us by forwarding us a copy of your booking confirmation specifying the new dates you would like to be covered for and we will make the amendment.

I want to cancel my policy...

To ensure that you have chosen the right policy and level of cover to suit your needs all policies have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you are able to cancel your policy for FREE and receive a full refund.
