Directions

The best way to get to Norwich International airport is from the A140 road from the north and from the city centre. Norwich is accessed from the A140 from the north and south and from the A11 from the west of the city. The postcode for satellite navigational systems is NR6 6JA. Head north out of the city along the A140. At the airport crossroads, turn into Amsterdam Way towards the airport. At the first roundabout head straight over, staying on Amsterdam Way. From here follow signs to the Short Stay car park, enter the car park taking a ticket from the barrier,and meet the chauffeur at the drop-off point. He will be holding a Drop and Go sign.

Arrival Procedure

It is very important that you contact Drop and Go Parking on the 01603 number given on your email confirmation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to reconfirm all your details. On your way to the airport please telephone the car park mobile number approximately 20 mins before your arrival at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park where your driver will collect your car; please pass the ticket issued at the barrier to your driver. Your driver will be identified by a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo. If your arrival time is going to vary by more then half an hour from your booked time, please call to ensure your driver will be waiting for you on your arrival.

Return Procedure

When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone to inform your driver. During Peak Season for your customers own safety we will meet you in the 2nd aisle of the short stay car park. If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to the disabled bays located on the 1st aisle. If your return date changes we require at least 24 hours notice to ensure we have you vehicle available for your return.

In order to park your car on a secure car park, it may be driven up to 5 miles.

Additional Information

Norwich Airport currently only allows 5 minutes to drop off and pick up free of charge in the short stay car park. Therefore please telephone 20 minutes before your arrival. Once you have arrived, while you unload your luggage we will check in your car and aim to have you on your way within these 5 minutes. Drop and Go will usually confirm your arrival details a few days prior by telephone. If you have a disability or need extra assistance then please let us know in advance on 01603 754428. You'll get a full car valet with this Meet and Greet service. The valet will include: exterior car wash and dry, interior vacuum, dash and vinyl clean and windows cleaned, please note this does not include the boot, courtesy of Drop and Go Parking.

If your return flight is delayed and you go over your pre booked time (this will be adjusted to your official flight landing time) by 3 hours you will be charged extra by Drop and Go at our standard daily rate of £7.50. If your return to the Airport is between 22.00 and 05.00 a supplement of £2.50 will be charged along side the standard daily charge. This is payable to your driver. As long arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 10 minutes.

Disabled Access

Disabled drivers will be met and their car returned to them where the disabled parking bays are located in the first aisle of the short stay car park.
