Airparks Meet And Greet parking is a Meet and Greet service and is open 24 hours
Airparks will meet you at both of Gatwick Airport's terminals upon your arrival and your return, removing the stress of transfer buses and saving you valuable time.
The compound where your car is stored has 24 hour security with CCTV, regular patrols and full security barriers. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Your vehicle is fully insured to be driven by Airparks members of staff. Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.
This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.
If you are traveling to the South Terminal, please follow the signs for the passenger drop-off and proceed past both sets of traffic lights to the far end, using both right and left hand bays. The Chauffeur will be wearing an Airparks blue hi-visibility jacket and will be looking for your car.
If you are traveling to the North Terminal, please follow signs for the Sofitel hotel. All Meet & Greet pick-ups and drop-offs will be carried out in the Northway Road, which is situated in front of the Sofitel hotel, the same road as the NCP Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to drop-off and-pick up points. If you have any problems on finding it, please ask Airparks when you call to confirm your arrival.
Your scheduled meet time at the terminal is the arrival time given to us when you made your search. Please confirm with Airparks when you are within 20 minutes of arriving at your designated terminal. Phone the car park and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at your designated terminal. If you are arriving via the M25, please phone prior to taking the M23. It is important to keep Airparks informed of any delays. If you do not phone on your journey, the chauffeur will not be dispatched to meet you. If you have not given us the terminal information at the time of booking, please call the car park at least 24 hours before arrival. Please give your mobile number to the car park.
Please note that on meeting for departure, the driver will be required to complete a vehicle inspection report that identifies any damage or marks on your vehicle and you will be asked to sign the report. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage. Should you fail to leave adequate time to complete this process, Airparks cannot be held responsible for any claims in respect of damage to your vehicle that has not been recorded within the report.
You will have been given instructions when you meet the driver on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure please call the number provided on your confirmation when you are ready to leave the Terminal and ask for instructions on where to meet the driver.
Your car will be taken to a secure compound near Gatwick airport by a Airparks Meet and Greet representative. Average mileage expected is 8 miles, maximum of 10 miles.
Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 ft). If possible, please enter in all the relevant information at the time of booking. This is to ensure that your Meet and Greet is quick and simple.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and displays a valid road tax licence. Airparks Meet & Greet is unable to accept any vehicle which carries a taxi license plate as these vechiles can only be driven by the holders of the license.
Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival. Your car is parked five miles away from the airport.
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
