I haven't received my hotel confirmation - what should I do?

If you have not received your email confirmation or would like it to be resent, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Don't forget to make sure that your confirmation hasn't been filtered to your junk mail or spam folder. Please make sure that we are added to your list of recognised senders.

What are the details of your price guarantee?

When you book your airport parking or airport hotel with us, you can rest assured that you are getting the best price available. We are constantly monitoring our prices and are so confident that you won't find the same product cheaper that we are offering a price guarantee.

This means that if you find the same product or package of products for less within seven days of making and paying for your booking then we'll match the price or refund the difference* Price guarantee conditions apply.

How do I get from the airport hotel to the terminal?

We offer a few hotels in the larger airports which are onsite and linked to the terminal by covered walkways, but in most cases you will have to take a transfer from the airport hotel to the terminal. When booking your hotel, check out the hotel information link in order to find out more about transfer times, frequency, duration and whether there is a charge for the transfer.

If you have booked a hotel package with parking offered at an independent car park, you will have to drive to the car park and take a transfer bus from the car park to the airport terminal.

What is a 'Secret Saver' Hotel?

Our Secret Saver Hotels offer excellent value for money. The name and exact location are kept a secret until you have made the booking. You will receive a brief description of the hotel before you book including its star rating and distance from the airport it is.

Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email from us - that email will contain the name of the hotel, a brief description and full driving directions. All 'Secret Savers' hotels are in different locations but they are never too far from the airport itself.

I have called the hotel and they don't have a reference of my booking - what should I do?

Not to worry. Your room is booked and secure, it is simply that your name and reference details only arrive at the hotel a few days before you do. This allows us to easily adjust your booking, should you need to make any amendments. If you need to make any changes, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What is the difference between a double, twin, triple or family room?

A double room has a double bed.

A twin room has 2 single beds.

A triple room can be a combination of a double and a single bed or three single beds.

A family room is a double bed and either 2 sofa beds or a set of bunk beds.

Can I book at short notice?

Booking at short notice is dependent on the availability of rooms in the hotel. You can even pre-book on the day of your arrival, if we have any availability left for the rooms of your choice. To get a quote or make a booking, please visit our airport hotels page.

Why should I pre-book?

Pre-booking works out a lot cheaper than turning up and paying the room rates on the day. Pre-booking a hotel and parking package quite often works out cheaper than paying for standard car parking alone at the airport itself. Simply get a quote to make your reservation.

Is breakfast included?

Unless stated, breakfast will not be included in the price. Some hotels offer a 'special all-in-one package' which does include breakfast. Contact your chosen hotel to check if they offer this package. All of our hotels cater for vegetarians.

What time is check-in/check-out?

The check-in and check-out times for your hotel are given in the email confirmation and quote results page when you quote for an airport hotel.

Will my car be secure in the airport car park?

We only work with secure companies and most of our car parks are Park Mark approved. Park Mark approved car parks use modern security systems such as alarms and CCTV, and they are regularly patrolled by officers.

Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

One day is calculated as a whole or part of a day. A Saturday to Saturday trip is calculated as 8 whole days. Hence, a 2 week trip would be 15 days inclusive.
