Choose between 2 types of Worldwide cover:
- Worldwide Excluding the North America and Caribbean
With this Worldwide travel insurance option, your quote is cheaper and you are fully covered when travelling to destinations such as New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa and South Amercia. - Worldwide Including North America and Caribbean
This policy cover will safeguard you against high medical costs that could result from skiing accidents or other activities in the USA, Canada, Central America, the West Indies and the Caribbean, which is why your quote is priced slightly higher.
Please note: those travelling to the USA under the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) Visa Waiver Scheme must register online under the at least 72 hours before they fly.

Choose from these three types of trip cover:
- Single Trip with Winter Sports:
Valid for single trips of up to 87 days with 17 days of skiing (ages 2 - 65) - Annual cover with Winter Sports:
For multiple holidays throughout the year of up to 45 days each, with a maximum of 17 days for skiing per year (ages 2 - 65) - Backpacker cover with Winter Sports:
Continuous trips for 2 years with up to a maximum of 31 days per policy for skiing (ages 19 - 45)

Cover for Equipment
Winter Sports cover also provides peace of mind against any theft, loss or damage to your personal or hired equipment as well as any pre-paid fees:

- Off Piste Skiing without a guide - just add Sports Grade 4 and Winter Sports to your quote and you will be covered for off piste skiing without the assistance of a guide.
Ski Medical Insurance
Your Winter Sports add-on covers you for emergency medical expenses that occur should you have an accident and require medical attention.
- Medical expenses cover of up to £10 million
- Personal accident cover of up to £30,000
- Hospital benefit cover up to £1,200
Cover for mountain rescue, helicopter rescue costs and repatriation are also accommodated. Should you require assistance while abroad, you can call our multilingual 24 hour Emergency Line from anywhere in the world.
When participating in any winter sport activity, it is compulsory that you wear a helmet for your safety and to ensure you are covered in the event of an injury.
