GRADE 1 SPORTS (comes standard at no extra cost)

• Archery, Athletics
• Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Beach Games, Bowls
• Clay Pigeon Shooting, Cricket, Cycling (excluding mountain biking - a helmet must be worn)
• Darts, Dance and Dodgeball
• Fencing, Football
• Golf, Gym work
• Jogging
• Motorcycling up to 50cc on public roads (no racing - safety helmet must be worn and you must possess a licence allowing you to ride an equivalent motorcycle in the UK)
• Netball
• Racquetball, Roller Skating, Roller Blading, Rowing, Rounders, Running / Sprinting Long Distance
• Squash
• Tennis, Tenpin Bowling, Track Events
• Volleyball
• War Games (with eye protection)

GRADE 2 SPORTS

• Go Karting (helmet must be worn)
• Horse Riding (over 7 days, no polo, hunting or jumping - riding hat must be worn), Hurling
• Martial Arts (no contact - training only)
• Triathlon

GRADE 3 SPORTS

• American Football
• Boxing Training (wearing head protection)
• Horse Riding (competitive)
• Motorcycling on public roads 50cc-350cc (no racing - safety helmet must worn and you must possess a licence allowing you to ride an equivalent motorcycle in the UK)
• Quad Biking
• Rugby

GRADE 4 SPORTS

• Bobsleigh
• Hang Gliding
• Parachuting (Europe only)
