How To Make a Claim

In the unfortunate circumstance you need to make a claim it is important you follow the instructions in your policy wording. This will make sure your claim is dealt with quickly and properly.

When contacting the claims department, please quote your Policy Reference and have the following information at hand:

  • Name of Your policy and where it was purchased
  • Resort and country visited
  • Value of claim
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Date your policy was purchased
  • Incident date

Failure to have the above information at hand may result in your claim being delayed. Communications relating to claims should be sent without delay and notifications must be made within 31 days or as possible thereafter following any claim incident.

It is important to remember that when you are abroad you are in a different environment which might have different laws, hazards or safety issues. Therefore all reasonable precautions must be taken to prevent any injury, illness, damage or theft to you or your property.
