Hotel bookings - terms and conditions

Our standard Terms and Conditions apply to hotel bookings. Please be aware that the following conditions specifically apply to hotel bookings.

Terms and conditions

Hotel bookings or hotel with parking bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable the day before your stay, or any time thereafter.

Refunds due to you will be paid within 28 days after you cancelled your booking.

If your booking is cancelled and you are able to receive a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room.

If you park your car before your scheduled arrival date or time, according to your booking confirmation, you may have to pay the car park or hotel directly for the additional time at their published gate rate.

You will not receive a refund for any unused time if you collect your car before your scheduled arrival date or time, according to your booking confirmation.

If you collect your car after your scheduled departure date or time, according to your booking confirmation, you may have to pay the car park or hotel directly for the additional time at their published gate rate.

Refunds or amendments to hotel or hotel with parking bookings can only be made up to 24 hours prior to your stay date. For example, your last chance to change your package if you're flying at 14:00 on the 25th would be at 23:59 on the 23rd.

Please be aware that bookings made at special 'advance purchase' prices, such as "Supersaver", "Non-flexible", "Special offer", cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.
