Contact Centre Assistant

Our exciting, dynamic, web-based company is looking for new talent!

Do you think you have the breadth of skills to reply to a customer in excellent English, learn about what makes a website successful, be a friendly confident voice to represent our company to the offline world.

We need bright, success driven individuals with a flair for delivering fantastic customer service for our busy contact centre.

However, this is no typical contact centre position. You begin your career as part of a small and dedicated team handling inbound telephone calls and emails relating to our travel extras products. After your first 3-6 months of getting to know our product, our customers and, most importantly, our websites, you will begin to learn about the exciting field SEO, paid search and online marketing.

Graduate level candidates are preferred but all applicants displaying the right skills will be considered. Remuneration is 7.50 per hour which could rise on a successful completion of your 3 month training and probation period.
