Front End Web Developer (working closely with our Design Lead)

Our exciting, dynamic, web-based company is looking for new talent!

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our small central London-based team, with a PLC for a parent company in the travel industry too.

Have you got excellent front end web skills and are you looking for a new challenge? If you know your jQuery from your CSS and your HTML from your JavaScript, then we're looking for you!

Job specification:
Working closely with our Design Lead this is a highly varied and exciting role, offering an experienced Web Developer with strong skills in hand coded JavaScript, HTML and CSS, the opportunity to work in a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment.

We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum 2 years front end web development experience
* Must have advanced hand coding skills in HTML, HTML5 and CSS/CSS3
* Good understanding of JavaScript and experience using jQuery
* Experience building AJAX driven interfaces using commonly used libraries
* Proven experience building products compliant with W3C standards
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Content Management experience
* A strong understanding of content architecture, design & usability

- Ability to translate business requirements into design requirements
- Drive tasks to completion and deliver to estimates
- Comfortable with quick pace of change
- Passion for learning and flexibility to adapt to changes

Press Officer (Part-time/Flexible working hours/location)

The Role is to manage Essential Travel PR and work as a brand ambassador in:

* planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
* liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople
* liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email
* writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
* collating and analysing media coverage
* managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation

What will you bring to the role?

* You will have previous PR managing experience
* Previous experience of working within Travel / Financial industries preferred but not essential
* Good copy writing skills and strong attention to detail
* Well organised and able to multitask

Location: London, work from home
Salary: £1500 per month
Hours: Flexible, Part time
Duration: 3 months with a view to go permanent

Marketing Intern (with a view to go permanent)

As Marketing Intern, you will be part of a small marketing team and gain experience in all elements of the marketing mix.

During the Marketing Internship, your role will encompass:

* Competitor analysis
* Market research
* Managing customer feedback
* CRM ­ Email campaign planning & creative
* Campaign reporting & analysis
* Copy writing
* General admin duties

What will you bring to the role?

* You will be educated to degree level, preferably within marketing
* Good copy writing skills and strong attention to detail
* HTML capability desirable but not essential
* Enthusiastic and passionate about learning about web/online marketing
* Well organised and able to multitask

Location: Soho, West London
Salary: 500 pounds per month
Hours: 10am - 4pm (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 3 months with a view to go permanent
