Airport parking at Detroit
each of Detroit Metro Airport's three terminals - the McNamara, Smith and Berry terminals - has its own parking area, affording convenient access to each of the buildings. The three parking areas provide a total of almost 17,000 parking spaces, with economy parking in the Big Blue Deck and Yellow Lot, and long-term and short-term areas located within walking distance of the terminals. The Big Blue Deck is a convenient parking option for the Smith Terminal and it has 4,100 economy parking spaces and a long-term parking area. The Smith car park has additional long-term and short-term parking. The McNamara parking facility encompasses long-term, short-term and valet parking options and features a pedestrian walkway connecting it with the terminal building. The Yellow Lot is located within walking distance of the Berry Terminal and has 700 economy parking spaces, while there is a short-term parking area situated closer to the terminal building. Courtesy shuttle services provide transportation to the terminals as an alternative to walking.
