Rio De Janeiro Airport Hotels
Rio's international airport can be found about 12 miles out of town. There are two hotels which are located within the airport itself, with others spread throughout the city. The top hotels offer excellent service along with stunning rooms and views, and fantastic food.
The Luxor hotel is located on level three of the blue sector in Terminal 1 at the airport. Amenities include a business centre, cocktail lounge, steak house, room service, currency exchange and an information desk open 24 hours, which can help you if you require any information or assistance. Wheelchair access is provided throughout.
The Pousada Galeao is located on level 1 of the red sector, also in Terminal 1. Here, you can stay in the hotel's modern apartments. You will find a 24-hour reception desk as well as a car rental desk and a travel agent. You may like to pamper yourself in the beauty parlour or feast in the wide range of restaurants available.
Many other hotels including well known chains such as Le Meridien and Intercontinental can be found closer to the beaches, 10 to 15 miles from the airport.
