Alice Springs Hotels
There is a wide range of accommodation available at Alice Springs including luxury and budget hotels, B&Bs, apartments, cheap backpacker accommodation, motels, caravan parks and many camping sites.
The rates at hotels usually increase during the peak travel season in summer each year, and are much cheaper during the off-peak seasons in spring and autumn. The three to five-star hotels are usually the most common choice of accommodation for many visitors.
Hotels situated in the outback include the award-winning hotel Voyages Alice Springs Resort, on the banks of the Todd River, and the Novotel Outback Alice Springs, set in the heart of Australia's Red Centre.
Hotels closer to town include the All Seasons Oasis Alice Springs, Desert Rose Inn Hotel and several other hotels. Centrally located to amenities is the four-star Lasseters Hotel Casino Alice Springs, which borders one of the world's most famous desert golf courses.
There are several apartments located within the city centre, which are very comfortable and convenient if travelling in large numbers. Many of the apartments come with kitchen facilities and include washing machines. Popular places to stay include on Stephens road, Scott terrace and Barrett drive.
Airport Hotels
There are quite a few different types of accommodation available fairly close to the airport, which is located quite close to the city. The Best Western Ekira Motel, Lasseters Hotel and Casino, the luxurious Gunya Titikala, Alice Springs Plaza and many more hotels are all situated close to the airport. The Bond Springs Station, a B&B, is also located near the airport.
