Mr Golding said "have used this service quite a few times but this time was the first one where it was difficult to get through on the telephone prior to arriving at the airport. kept getting the engaged signal so were almost at the airport before we could make contact."

Mrs Sheehan said "The only reason I have rated question 3 as difficult is because there are no sign posts for a "blue car park" when you leave the terminal and we found ourselves having to find someone who could point us in the right direction. The chauffeur driver was very pleasant and professional and this is not a reflection on him."
