This is the 3rd time we have used this service. its very easy, with helpful staff. The transfer on football days is just as easy as the company have access to the port side roads. most importantly they provide good value for money. We also used the valeting service which we were very pleased with.

The return transfer was disappointing. Those with early disembarking times from the ship were held on a cramped coach in very warm weather while awaiting travellers with later disembarking times. This potentially delayed peoples onward journies by up to 45-60 mins and seemed to cause a degree of frustration with travellers. When all spare seats on the coach were filled, people's frustration was further compounded, when a minibus then arrived to transport the last group of 5-6 people to disembark the ship back to the parking compound in relative comfort. Surely the shuttle service that operates for the outward journey could be equally employed for the return, given that passangers are obliged to leave the ship at time allovcated by the cruise company

Super bequemes Parken: mit dem Auto zum Short-Parking (50m vor Terminal) gefahren, Koffer auf bereitstehende Gepäckwagen umgeladen, Schlüssel übergeben und schon konnte die Kreuzfahrt losgehen. Genauso einfach war die Rückgabe. Kann ich nur empfehlen (besonders wenn man einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei hat!!!)

We did worry that the location of parking might delay our trip to and especially from the ship. In fact this was not the case - our ship to home time was the fastest ever! Also the whole experience was very efficient and professional. Well done!

In my view "Meet & Greet" is the ideal way of parking as it allows baggage to be taken to exact spot. In my case it is particularly good because IN ADDITION TO OUR LUGGAGE i TAKE A MOBILLITY SCOOTER FOR MY WIFE. EXCELLANT AND THANK YOU.

My experience at Southampton Port was more of being told where to leave and collect my car, not a chauffeured or 'meet & greet' experience. Edward was where he said he was and the whole experience was very good - I would certainly use your services again and recommend you to others

The car parking was fine. Only concern was that the wrong telephone number was supplied on the booking documentation which resulted in the phone not being answered for several calls, eventually got a response and they provided the correct number.

the whole parking was very good,the only comment i would make is,the entrance to the car park could do with a tarmac surface!!

The car park staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we had to wait nearly half an hour for a minibus to our ship. Perhaps they should use coaches that can take more than eight people at a time! Return trip much quicker.

Despite the car park being about 15/20 mins from the port of Southampton from arrival @ Cruise Parking to Being dropped @ the port within 1 mins walk to the port embarcation unit, took no more than 35 mins with no fuss, they helped us unload our cases & put them on the mini coach & even provided labels for our luggage & added our cabin location & number. On our return there was a coach waiting to take us back to the car park where our car was was conveniently parked & the key was secure in the office.
