Staff were helpful and courteous. I felt confident that the car would be looked after, it was the cheapest too!

Upon leaving the carpark the machine would not recognize my car so had to back up causing a traffic problem and annoyed other drivers. I then had to call and speak to a member of staff to get the barrier raised. This is second time this has happened at this Airport and needs improvement. Other than that an excellent car park.

No transfer is neccesary and entry and exit are automatic so you don,t see anyone

There is no doubt flying from robin hood airport and parking which is just outside the terminal biulding is as easy as falling off a log. By far the easiest transfer I have experienmced in my 40 years of holidaying.

there are only one carpark in Doncaster and I do not have any problems with it but price

On arrival I had to take a ticket by asking for one, and it said my number plate was unreadable. However, I had no trouble getting away 2 weeks later, I just asked for Help and gave them my booking number - the gate was opened immediately.

the car park number plate reader keeps reading the B as 0 which twice i have had to press for help getting out

The automatic number plate recognition didn't work on entry, but on exit the barrier lifted as soon as I pressed the help button.

used this car park and plate rec sytstem has never worked,a que of only 10 cars took 15 mins to clear

Fantastic positioning, my car was parked 1 min away from the airport entrance. only downside is the automatic numberplate reader it never worked on my car or the cars behind me.
