Security

Your car is parked 1 mile from the airport in a secured car park which is manned and fully fenced with on-site security patrols. All the drivers are comprehensively insured to drive all vehicles on a public road. All vehicles are parked at the customers own risk. Drop and Go Parking will make good any damage to a vehicle caused by the proven negligence or wilful act or acts of its employees subject to the following conditions: Any damage must be reported before the handover of the vehicle is completed. Any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Drop and Go Parking.

Directions

The best way to get to Norwich International airport is from the A140 road from the north and from the city centre. Norwich is accessed from the A140 from the north and south and from the A11 from the west of the city. The address for satellite navigational systems is: Norwich International Airport, Amsterdam Way, Norwich, NR6 6JA.

Head north out of the city along the A140. At the airport crossroads, turn into Amsterdam Way towards the airport. At the first roundabout head straight over, staying on Amsterdam Way. From here follow signs to the Short Stay car park, enter the car park taking a ticket from the barrier,and meet the chauffeur at the drop-off point. He will be holding a Drop and Go sign.

Arrival Procedure

It is very important that you contact Drop and Go Parking on the 01603 number given on your email confirmation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to reconfirm all your details. On your way to the airport please telephone the car park mobile number approximately 20 mins before your arrival at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park where your driver will collect your car; please pass the ticket issued at the barrier to your driver. Your driver will be identified by a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo. If your arrival time is going to vary by more then half an hour from your booked time, please call to ensure your driver will be waiting for you on your arrival.

Return Procedure

When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone inform your driver. During Peak Season for your customers own safety we will meet you in the 2nd aisle of the short stay car park. If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to the disabled bays located on the 1st aisle. If your return date changes we require at least 24 hours notice to ensure we have you vehicle available for your return.

Parking Procedure

In order to park your car on a secure car park, it may be driven up to 5 miles.

Additional Information

Norwich Airport currently only allows 5 minutes to drop off and pick up free of charge in the short stay car park. Therefore please telephone 20 minutes before your arrival. Once you have arrived, while you unload your luggage we will check in your car and aim to have you on your way within these 5 minutes. As long arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 10 minutes.

Disabled Access

Disabled drivers will be met and their car returned to them where the disabled parking bays are located in the first aisle of the short stay car park. If you have a disability or need extra assistance then please let us know in advance.
