This Car Park holds the Park Mark Award for Secure Parking. Whilst you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle Airport, in a secure location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance.

Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Please telephone our Customer Services (07921 232909 or 0191 2144022) 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time. You will be met by a chauffeur immediately outside the terminal in our Fast Track Car Park.

Return Procedure

On your Return to Newcastle Airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone the number provided.

Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities.Then simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards our Short Stay Car Park 3 (Fast Track Car Park), where your car will be waiting for collection.

Parking Procedure

Your car will be parked in a secure on-site location for the duration of your trip.

Additional Information

Please note: No mobile homes, lorries or caravans are permitted.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
