Security

The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols. This facility has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police. Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park.

Between the carpark and airport: Not Required

Arrival Procedure

Enter the Meet & Greet Parking drop-off area, park your car and enter reception. Hand your booking voucher to the attendant. At this stage you'll also need to hand in your entry ticket and car keys. You will be given a receipt which you should retain for your return. Once you've unloaded your car, follow a short footpath into the Terminal 1 or 3 building.

Return Procedure

Return to reception at Terminal 1 or 3. Hand in the receipt you were given on arrival and you will receive your keys. Your car will be waiting for you. The exit barrier will automatically raise on exit.

Parking Procedure

A member of staff will park your car for you. Your car may be moved to a secure on-site location during the extent of your stay.

Additional Information

Maximum vehicle height 2.0 meters (6 feet 6 inches). Trailers are not permitted. Parking bays are available for disabled drivers. Please note your car will NOT be washed for you whilst you are away.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
