The reception is manned and monitored by 24 hour CCTV coverage. The car park is located on the top floor of the multi-storey car park.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival, follow the directions to the multi-storey's 8th floor and you'll be let through the barrier by a Manchester Skypark staff member.

Arriving cars will be directed to park into holding bays opposite the reception office - these cars will later be moved up into a numbered parking bay by Sky2 staff for secure storage until you return to collect your car.

For reasons pertaining to health and safety, customers may not access other floors without the express permission of the Skypark manager.

Once parked, report to the reception office to complete your booking. You should produce a copy of your parking reservation and have your return flight details at hand to cross-check with our's to ensure they are correct.

Having transferred your luggage (if any) to the waiting courtesy shuttle, you need to double check that you have locked your car and handed in the keys to reception staff.

Customers will be expected to retain their house and other personal keys NOT relating or fundamental to the operating of their vehicle.

Return Procedure

To request a shuttle, customers are advised to call the 24/7 number once you have landed, gone through customs and collected your baggage. Call and confirm where to wait for collection - dependant again on specific return terminal.

You will be collected and taken back to the multi-storey car park where your car will be waiting for you.

Car keys may be collected from Skypark Manchester reception office by the lead customer upon production of suitable photo ID and passport/driving licence.

From there, customers can reload their car and depart from the multi-storey by following the clear exit signs.

Please leave your keys and/or alarm fobs with car park reception staff.

SkyPark Manchester can ensure your car parking at the airport brings you an ideal beginning to a stress- and hassle-free journey.

It is important that your car is locked before keys are handed in and you set off on your travels.

During normal hours the Civic Centre offers a variety of shopping facilities, not the least of which is the large ASDA Superstore and several cafeterias for customers to enjoy some refreshments and/or stock up on essentials before setting off on their homeward journey.

The lower floors beneath our complex offer free parking for shoppers.

We strongly recommend you arrive at the car park at least 20 minutes before your stated airline check-in time.

This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.

Disabled Access

Disabled drivers and passengers can be transferred to the airport. Please request this service by calling the number provided on your confirmation once you have made the booking.
