Arrival Procedure
On arrival, please drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket. On your ticket will be printed your car registration booking and booking reference number. Once you have taken your ticket please enter the car park and follow the signs to the nearest available spaces. Make a note of where you have parked and the nearest bus stop if applicable.
Return Procedure
On your return please collect your car and drive to the exit barrier. Then place the ticket you drew on entry into the exit column. The barrier should then automatically raise allowing you exit. If the exit column comes up with a price, press the intercom and quote your booking reference number. If for any reason the barrier does not raise please press the intercom button and staff will be able to assist you. If you have stayed in the car park for more time than you booked, you will have to pay the extra before you go. The machine will show the amount owed in the exit column and you can pay by credit or debit card.

Mr Plumb said "I found the new system of picking up and dropping off in the parking area leaving much to be desired. In busy periods having to park further away from (the new system) shelter stops when the weather is bad news and defeats the object, when getting soaked to the skin crossing from one side of the park to the other to bus shelter. Will seriously think of other arranged parking facilities. "
