Summary
Drivefly provide an exemplary meet and greet service that will cater for your arrival at Luton airport by collecting your car, parking it at a secure site for the duration of your trip and then bringing it back to you upon your return. A simple, hassle-free and great value service..
Security
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Here you car will remain until your return.

Transfers
This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.
Arrival Procedure
Drivefly will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. It is important that you call Drivefly if you are running late or early. That way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.
Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier and soon after the barrier on to your is the designated off airport meet and greet area which right next to the pay point station. Here you will be greeted by one of the chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with Drivefly company logo on it.
Return Procedure
Please call Drivefly once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. In case of any delays please let us know. A chauffer will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.
Please have a £1 coin to exit barrier, you have to pay at the Pay station, next to the Meet and Greet area, if over ten minutes the charges go up to £7.50, so please make sure you are actually coming out of the terminal before ringing for your car.
Parking Procedure
Drivefly chauffeurs will park your car for you on a secure compound.
Additional Information
Charges for any extra time will have to be negotiated with the car park upon your return.
Disabled Access
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
