Transfers:
Transfer shuttle buses are available 24 hours a day upon request and take only five minutes to arrive at London Luton Airport.

Arrival Procedures:
Please arrive at the reception area of the car park no later than half an hour before your suggested check in time and park in one of the marked bays. You must then immediately present your booking reference number or voucher of confirmation, and leave your car keys with the car park attendant.

Parking Procedures:
A car park attendant will park your car as you board the shuttle bus to London Luton Airport.

Return Procedures:
After returning and going through customs, just call the number Central Car Storage gave to you when you checked in, and a courtesy shuttle bus will transport you to your parked vehicle.

Directions:
Those entering from the M1 Junction 10 must travel the Junction 10A slip road to the large roundabout at the bottom, and take the second exit. Then, turn left at the traffic lights and take the first exit after Retail Park at the right of the next roundabout, take the second exit at the mini roundabout, and take the second exit at the next mini roundabout where a pub is located on the right. This exit will take you to Kimpton Road, where you must make the first right turn next to Hayward Tyler. This is a service road leading to Retail Park, where the Central Car Storage entrance is located on the left hand side.

Those entering from Hitchin on the A505 will pass a Hilton Hotel to the right before taking the second exit at a large roundabout. Drivers will then pass a fire station before taking the first exit at the next roundabout, taking the second exit at the following roundabout, and taking the third exit at the next roundabout after that, which leads to Kimpton Road. Follow this road, pass the Vauxhall showroom to the left, and drive over the railway bridge where the Central Car Storage entrance is situated on the left.

Important Information:
Inform Central Car Storage as soon as possible if the scheduled time of your return flight has been changed or delayed. Additional fees will be charged, and cancellations within four days of stay cannot be refunded. Those driving vehicles with trailers attached will be charged for an extra space.
Please note: Wait until the electrically operated gates are completely open before entering the car park.
