Security
The Skypark has barriers in place at the entrance and exit, is well-lit and fenced in and has 24-hour CCTV surveillance. There are also regular patrols by airport staff, and you are able to keep your keys so that you know they are safe.
Transfers
There is a free transfer service on request from the Skypark to the terminal building. It takes just over one minute to be transferred, and there is special assistance for those with disabilities. If you wish to be transferred from the airport, you should call the car park once you have collected your belongings.
Arrival Procedure
Once you arrive at the Skypark, stop in the reception area, where you must present your confirmation and booking reference.
Return Procedure
Upon your return, use the telephone number given to you to get a transfer back to Skypark. You will be brought back to the reception area where your car will be waiting for you.
Parking Procedure
Once you have presented your booking reference and confirmation to reception, you will make your way to the transfer while your car is parked for you by one of the valets.
Additional Information
There is undercover motorcycle storage available. Other services offered include MOTs, car servicing and windscreen replacement.
Disabled Access
Disabled passengers can be taken to the airport terminal in their own vehicle if they wish.
