The car park is covered by CCTV and has security fencing. There are 24 hour security patrols seven days a week. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Arrival Procedure

We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system; therefore it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making this booking. Upon arrival at the Premium car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise, allowing you to enter.

Though you no longer need your booking confirmation voucher, you are strongly advised to bring it in the event of system failure. Should the system fail to recognise your vehicle please press the intercom on the ticket machine (telephone icon) and speak to the operator. You will need to provide your booking reference and confirm your name. The operator will raise the barrier for you.

Return Procedure

Upon your return to the airport, proceed to your car and drive to the exit barrier which will rise automatically, allowing you to exit the Premium Car Park.

Parking Procedure

You will park your own car and retain your keys.

Disabled Access

Specially designated disabled parking bays are available in the Premium Car Park on a first-come, first-served basis. All areas of the Premium Car Park are within close proximity of the terminal building. Should you require special assistance from the Premium Car Park, please contact the team using the number provided on your confirmation once you have made the booking.
