On Airport - Long Stay Car Park

We lost our ticket to exit the car park but had another one issued for us at the airport on presentation of the confirmation print out.

Super efficient staff. From parking my car to getting on the minibus to transfer us to the airport, I don't think 5 minutes elapsed. The service was just as swift on our return.

We were given very clear instructions and the courtesy bus was waiting for us when we got to the car park less than 5 mins to the terminal and when we arrived back even though our plane was delayed the courtesy bus was there waiting to pick us up. The reception staff were also very efficient was not kept waiting at all. Overall an there was an excellent level of service which is very rare these days.
