Barrier control, CCTV and the car park holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security. Park Mark Award car park. By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Transfers
This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.
Arrival Procedure
It is very IMPORTANT that you call the car park 24 hours in advance to confirm the meet time, and also inform of any last minute changes. The chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet outside departures in the car lane (If Terminal 1, lower/left section of Departures. If Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures).
TERMINAL 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to Row R and S where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.
Return Procedure
You will be met outside the Terminal again by the chauffeur and you can simply drive your car away. Full instructions will be issued on arrival at the airport
Parking Procedure
In order to park on a secure car park, your car may be driven up to 12 miles for Terminal 1-4 and 17 miles for Terminal 5.

A chauffer will wait 15 mins only at the Terminal at the requested time. Failure to meet after that duration will incur a £25 fee. Average mileage expected by the time you return to collect your car:
Terminals 1-4: The maximum mileage should be around 12 miles
Terminal 5: The maximum mileage should be around 17 miles.
Customers should call 24 hours in advance to confirm booking times as well as, as much notice as possible if they are arriving late/early.
Disabled Access
The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
