This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Please call Perfect Parking team of chauffeurs when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at outside the departures. It is important if you are running late or early that you call to give as much notice as possible.

The chauffeur will check your car for any existing damages and mark them on our process form. He/She will then re-confirm with you the provided return details to check if there are correct. You will then sign the process form and you will be handed over a slip containing the confirmation that we have collected your car with all our contact details.

Return Procedure

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building, as we do not like our customers waiting in wet or cold conditions. Once the chauffeur arrives at the departures lane he will call you so that you can collect your car and chauffeur will assist you with your luggage.

Parking Procedure

Your car is driven to a secure car park by a member of Perfect Parking team. Average mileage expected:

• Terminal 1 & 3: 15 to 18 miles
• Terminal 4: 8 to 10 miles
• Terminal 5: 15 to 18miles

Maximum mileage expected for all Heathrow terminals will be 25 miles.

Disabled Access

Perfect for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required.
