Arrival Procedure

The car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is essential you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking.

At the entry barrier your registration will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking details. The barrier will open, proceed to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Return Procedure

Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the car park. If your booking reference is not printed on the ticket or you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

Additional Information

Please add your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you are going to be travelling in, you need to give the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they do not have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.

There is no requirement to hand your keys in. Please allow 15 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park to make the terminal transfer.
