Long Stay Terminal 4 at Heathrow
Security at Long Stay Terminal 4:
Park Mark accredited, there are some excellent security measures provided by the Long Stay Terminal 4 parking service. These include 24-hour CCTV monitoring, regular patrolling staff, and night lighting.
Transfers:
Transfer buses run routes between the terminal and the parking facility every 10 to 15 minutes. The journey takes about five minutes.
Arrival Procedures:
Drive up to the barrier machine and insert the same credit or debit card used for booking. The machine will read the confirmation number and the barrier will open. If the machine can't read the card, drivers are required to take the issued ticket and pay at the reception desk upon return.
Parking Procedures:
Drivers park their own cars at the Long Stay Terminal 4 facility.
Return Procedures:
At the exit barrier, reinsert the same credit or debit card used at the time of booking to open the barrier. If a ticket was issued upon entry, take it and your booking confirmation sheet to the reception desk next to the exit. Booking recognition will be confirmed manually.
Directions:
Exit the M4 at Junction 4, which is signed 'Heathrow Airport'. Follow the signs for Long
Term Parking. You will need to take the second turn on the left, off Heathrow Spur Road, and then turn right at the roundabout. When you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left and follow signs reading 'Long Stay Parking'.
Important Information:
Passengers arriving outside the regular transfer bus times need to press the transfer bus intercom to arrange transfer on demand. Advanced booking is available and advised for this service.
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details. You must do this, or the car park will charge you £10 when you leave, because if they don't have the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave.
