The car park has 24 hour CCTV, with controlled exit barriers and on site security, including number plate recognition. The car park is also floodlit.

Directions

From the M25: Leave Motorway at junction 15 and follow M4 sign posted to London.

From the M4: Leave at junction 4 and exit towards A408 Uxbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Terminals 1,2 &3. Then stay in the left lane and take the exit for London A4 Bath Road. Once you exit on to the A4 Bath Road the Hotel is located 400m on the left just after McDonalds.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, please go to the reception desk where you will be greeted by one of the friendly Drivefly staff, who will provide you with two free of charge Hoppa tickets (all children under the age of ten are also not charged). You will have to hand over your car keys so the driver can park your car for you.

Return Procedure

On return, once customers clear customs they need to call the number provided on your confirmation and one of our drivers will deliver their car back to the terminal.

Terminal 1

As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the ground floor. Your vehicle will be returned where the black and white signs say 'Off Air Meet & Greet' in zone D.

Terminal 3

As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to level 1 short stay car park. Go over the bridge which connects the short stay car park. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say 'Off Air Meet & Greet' in zone A furthest point on your right hand side as you enter the Short Stay Car park.

Parking Procedure

Your car will be parked for you by a member of the Drive Fly team and your keys will be kept by the car park for the duration of your stay.

The Radisson Hotel has disabled facilties.

Please note that the actual car park does not have disabled facilities, however, they are available at the hotel.

Miss Barber said "Good service on the whole although did have to wait longer than we were told for the car to be brought back to the terminal on our return. This was quite annoying after a transatlantic journey when exhausted. Also the passbook did not work as it doesn't appear to be compatable with ios7."
