Directions Business Parking Heathrow terminal 5:
From M4 at J4 follow signs to Terminal 5 and Business Parking (T5). Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is located after the 2nd roundabout on the right hand side.
From M25 exit at J14 following signs to the airport and then signs for Terminal 5 and Business Parking (T5). Turn left into Western Perimeter Road. Business Parking T5 is on the left on the Northern Perimeter Road.

Arrival procedures:
On entry, take a ticket from barrier and follow signs to the open zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop.
Return procedures:
On exit, present your ticket at the customer service office located near the exit and quote your booking reference number.

Important Information:
There is no requirement to hand in your keys.
It's also really important that you give us your car registration number when you book, or sometime before you go. We need you to give us the right one, so please make sure it's correct before you send it to us. If you change the vehicle you're going to be travelling in, don't forget to give us the new details.
If you don't give us the new registration number, the car park will charge you a £10 penalty when you leave, as not having the correct registration number holds up the arrival and departure process.
Please allow 30 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park to make the terminal transfer.
