Arrival Procedure

On arrival at the car park, park your car in a bay in front of reception and unload your luggage. Proceed to reception and check in; customers DO NOT hand over their keys. If booking has been done online please bring along the confirmation or reference number as proof of booking. You will be given a ticket with a telephone number on it to call on your return for collection. The courtesy shuttle bus will take you and your luggage to the airport and drop you off at bus stand just before Terminal 1, where it will also collect you on return. Please allow yourself plenty time and arrive at the car park 30-40 mins before your airline desk check opens, especially in the summer season.

Return Procedure

Please call the direct line number on your receipt. Make your way outside the airport to the bus stop area at Bute road where you were dropped off. You will be collected and then transported back to the car park.

Parking Procedure

This car park is a self-park facility where you park your own vehicle and retain your keys.

Additional Information

Please do not rely on Satellite Navigation. This will not take you to the car park. 2 spaces are required for long wheel based vans and cars with trailers.

Disabled Access

Disabled bays are available on a first come first served basis and the blue badges must be on display in these bays. If you require special assistance, please inform the receptionist on arrival and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Transfers are wheelchair accessible with disabled seating. There is also a disabled access toilet and customer waiting area with emergency assistance cords if required.
