Disabled bays are available on a first come first served basis and the blue badges must be on display in these bays. If you require special assistance, please inform the receptionist on arrival and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Transfers are wheelchair accessible with disabled seating. There is also a disabled access toilet and customer waiting area with emergency assistance cords if required.

Mr Meldrum said "Once we found you on the evening prior to our departure, everything was A1. The instructions we got on line were a bit complicated and those on your website didn't apply as were coming from the Travelodge but the chap at reception at the hotel said "It's very easy" and it was from then on!!! That will explain the "Difficult" in Question 1."
