Secure parking facility - Our main secure parking area is situated just under two miles from the Terminals. All compounds have 24 hour security. Park Mark Award car park. By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.

Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

South Terminal: Please call the number provided on your confirmation ten minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Car Set Down (ground level) and park at the far end just after the traffic lights.

North Terminal: Please call the number provided on your confirmation ten minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Departures Set Down and Passenger Drop Off and the driver will meet you at the far end.

Return Procedure

South Terminal: A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminals. Therefore, please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number provided on your confirmation. Follow signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights.

North Terminal: A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminal. Please collect luggage, clear customs and call the number provided on your confirmation. Exit building on the ground floor and follow signs to customer pick up and our driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space.

Parking Procedure

On the day of departure drive straight to the airport Terminal where one of Meteor's representatives will collect your vehicle and take it to a secure, authorised compound for the duration of your stay.

Additional Information

Drop off and collect your car at the Terminal forecourt; no need for coach transfers, saving time and avoiding hassle. This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. Due to increased insurance premiums Meteor are now no longer able to accept bookings for the following cars - Ferrari, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Maserati.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
