Security

Eco Parking compound has full perimeter fencing with double security gates. CCTV, floodlighting and alarm monitoring 24/7.

All drivers are fully insured, mature, uniformed individuals who carry I.D. You are given a receipt for your car which we will require on your return. All cars are damage checked on departure and return.

Park Mark: No

Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Eco Parking will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. It is essential you call back with your actual time of arrival at the Terminal.

North Terminal Departure: RH6 0PH

The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park. Then park in the bays marked.

South Terminal Departure: RH6 0NP

Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal. Drive to the far end, through the second set of traffic lights and park immediately on the left.

Return Procedure

On your return to Gatwick Eco-Parking will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. Eco-Parking will return your car to outside the Terminal where they collected it from you.

Parking Procedure

Your car is driven to a secure car park 7 miles by road from London Gatwick Airport.

In order to park your car, it may be driven up 20 miles.

Additional Information

Waiting time: As long arrival and return procedures are followed correctly waiting time should not be longer than 15 minutes.

Vehicle restrictions: Eco-Parking do not accept any vehicle larger than a Ford Transit short wheel based van. We also do not accept trailers. Vehicles without a valid tax disc covering the return date and vehicles with illegal tyre tread depth or those that are unfit to drive safely will also be refused and you will have to make other arrangements to park your vehicle. Any claim for a refund in these circumstances will not be met.

Contents of vehicles are left at owners risk.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required.
