Arrival Procedure

On arrival at Airparks Gatwick (formerly BCP) keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Once at reception present them with your booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car and flight details.

Place your car keys in the red key box, with corresponding lane number, before catching the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the reception area and calls at both terminals.

Return Procedure

From the South terminal, proceed out of the terminal, go down the ramps to the lower level, turn to your right, cross over and proceed to bus stop 12 or 13.

From the North terminal, wait at bus stop 6 or 7. Please have your parking ticket ready for arrival at reception as you will require it for collection of your vehicle.

Parking Procedure

You will be asked to leave your keys and your car will be parked for you by a member of the Airparks team in the secure compound.

Additional Information

Airparks Gatwick parks your car for you. We recommend that you allow 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the airport terminal. This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.

Disabled Access

Airparks is an off-airport car park located close to Gatwick Airport. The car park is owned and operated by Airparks and therefore, as with all Airparks car parks across the country, we offer a park and check-in service for disabled customers allowing you to check in using a hand-held device meaning you won't have to leave the car. It is also possible to arrange in advance for Airparks staff to drive disabled customers to the appropriate terminal at Gatwick Airport and then park your car for you in the off-airport car park for the duration of your trip.
