Transfers

This is Meet and Greet parking so no transfers are required.

Arrival Procedure

Call Air Parking Ltd 20 minutes before your arrival at Gatwick Airport. Air Parking Ltd representative will be waiting for you at your terminal of departure, wearing black shirt and black trouser with ID cards of the company.

Return Procedure

On your return please call Air Parking Ltd after baggage collection and they will deliver your car with in twenty minutes.

Parking Procedure

You will be greeted by a Air Parking Ltd chauffer at your terminal and they will take your vehicle away to be parked in a safe and secure parking area which is 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Average mileage expected is 15 miles, maximum of 25 miles.

Additional Information

If you are delayed on your return there will be no charge unless you go into the next day from midnight onwards. After that there is a £10 per day charge for up to three days. Charges for extra time after that period will need to be discussed with the team at Air Parking Ltd.

Disabled Access

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
