Directions to ACE Meet and Greet:
You will be met at the North or South Terminal as specified in your booking.
Please call ACE Parking 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to reconfirm your arrival time in case you are arriving earlier or later than booked.

North Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
Follow the signs for Passenger Drop-off while remaining on the lower level. Now, simply follow either lane while keeping the multi-storey car park entrance to your left and the Sofitel hotel to your right. Proceed to the far end where an ACE representative will meet you.
DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL.
Look out for our ACE representative wearing a Black Jacket / Black Shirt with ACE logo, who will be waiting to collect your vehicle.
South Terminal: LOWER LEVEL
Follow the signs for Passenger Drop-off while remaining on the lower level. Proceed to the end of the tunnel then cross 2 sets of traffic lights. Now simply park up on the right hand side where an ACE representative will meet you.
Stay on the LOWER LEVEL DO NOT GO TO UPPER LEVEL.
Return procedures:
Please call ACE Parking on entering the baggage re-claim area. ACE Meet and Greet will require 20 minute notice to return your car to the pick up point.
Parking procedures:
You are met at the terminal. Cars are stored at a secured car park 10 miles from Gatwick Airport.
Please note: When your car is driven to the secure car park, the average mileage you can expect is 23.5 miles, and a maximum of 40 miles.
Important information:
This car park does not accept large vehicles such as Transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers.
Unfortunately ACE do not accept the following vehicles:- Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Maserati due to high insurance premiums.
